This project was created in a Hackfest competition. The challenge was to develop an idea to fight against corruption.
My team were formed by 8 people, including developers and one designer. We choose to build a system that would allow people to see how some politicians were spending public money and if they were regularly doing their work. Our idea got the gold medal in the competition.
My role in this project was both developer and data scientist. I used R to get, proccess and prepare all data used to populate the database and Python to contribute in part of the backend.
